Drew Henderson

A native of the Southside of Chicago, Drew is a family man at heart. His road to becoming one of the most decorated barbers in Chicago (and beyond) started with his Mom cutting his hair since he was a kid and his Great Grandfather being a Master Barber, himself. Drew’s journey has not been a smooth road, but all the bumps have always been worth it - hence the name of his shop, NO CUTS NO GLORY.
When you come into the shop, don’t be surprised to see Drew’s girls - Parker, Luca, and Alia (aka Wifey). When Drew isn’t at the shop, he’s likely on the farm with his horse, Jet, or he’s down the street getting a way-too-expensive coffee.
Getting a cut with Drew is a very personal experience. He truly believes that a haircut can change someones life - from their confidence within to how the outside world sees them. His clients become family - which is why his services are in such high demand.

Bry

A product of Homewood, IL , but repping the CHI, Bry is a cat and dog lover. When you sit in her chair, know you’re in safe hands and in a safe place but most importantly you are going to leave with an amazing cut. Bry is a lover of life, food and making sure her customers leave her chair with that fresh cut shine.

Lester Rivera
“The Artist” // Barber // @lesterivera_
Lester is an artist at heart, which he brings to his work as a barber. He sees people as works of art and their hair is a big piece of the final product. Growing up in Chicago, Lester would express his creativity by painting and is still exploring to find his own style. Keep an eye out for his new work.

Marcel Hamilton
“The Athlete” // Barber // @hamtheebarber
As a native of Country Club Hills, Marcel grew up an athlete and took running track to the next level as a collegiate runner. After some time, he decided to enter the military and moved to Norfolk, Virginia to be an Aircraft Firefighter - this is where he began to master his craft as a barber.

Alejandra Mendoza
“Doza” // Barber // @dozacutz
One of the newest members to the team, but far from a rookie. Doza has brought her talents from an established clientele in Georgia, looking to build here in Chicago. She takes pride in paying attention to detail and being consistent. You’ll have to just come and see for yourself.

TJ Mercer
“The Muscle” // Business Manager // @tjmercer636
TJ is the glue of NCNG and still manages to be the best Dad and Husband. Most of his time is consumed by his family, open run basketball games, the golf course, and stopping Drew from buying those way-too-expensive coffees.
